Our mission is to educate and empower our clients to make wise, informed choices for themselves in their insurance needs. We are a business-to-consumer insurance agency specializing in the delivery of excellent service and expertise for Individual and Family Health Insurance, Medicare, Life Insurance, and Retirement solutions.

Our goal is to offer personal hands on service to understand your unique needs. We will shop all of our carrier partners plans and offer you a solution that fits your needs and budget. 

Our services go above and beyond what most, if not all other Agency's or brokers will offer their clients.  We do not just service our clients with the best carriers options; we continue our relationship with our clients by assisting them with everyday issues like:

  • Billing/claims issues; our clients are not left to call Member services for issues, we handle their issues
  • Finding them qualified physicians in their plans networks with open panels, accepting new patients for some that require it, we even set their initial appointments to insure the Dr.'s panel will not close before they see our client and so the client actually goes to an initial appointment.
  • Pharmaceutical assistance programs, assisting with enrollments
  • Enrolling them in Medicare Savings Programs if we know they will qualify
  • Enrolling them in Prescription Drug Assistance if we know they will qualify
  • Assisting them with enrollment into Medicaid/AHCCCS 
  • We work in tandem with an Arizona based elder law specialist for more challenging cases requiring Arizona Long Term Care Systems (ALTCS) qualifying. 

We Go Above & Beyond

We inform our clients of any alternatives or special programs available if they can not qualify for State/Federal programs.

We have (in AZ) an option for health coverage for people who can not afford a monthly premium and/or earn to much to qualify for subsidy's 

We formulate a plan for clients with high drug costs, to assist them with the coverage gap (donut hole) if possible, to prevent them from hitting the gap.
